The production of Tupelo Honey is not easy. The beehives have to be moved to the groves of the Tupelo Trees. Which grows along four rivers in the Northwest Florida and Southern Georgia. The trees only blossom for three to four weeks. So, beekeepers' trucks or barges there hives right into the thick of it to get the honey.
